Certified Technical Services, known as CTS Air Conditioning, has served Phoenix-area homes and businesses since 2001. The company is locally owned, veteran owned, family owned, licensed, bonded, and insured.
The work is still personal. You call, we look at the actual equipment, and the recommendation should match the problem. Sometimes that means a straightforward repair. Sometimes it means replacement. The goal is to explain the difference clearly enough that the decision makes sense.

This is a local family business. The goal is simple: answer the phone, look at the equipment, explain the problem, and recommend the repair or replacement that actually fits the job.
Tony Aimonetti, owner
Tony owns CTS Air Conditioning and handles the business side of the company: customers, planning, the website, service direction, and making sure the company stays focused on practical repair-first work.
For Tony, family-owned is not filler language. It means the company name is attached to real people, real phone calls, and real work done in the Phoenix area.
Leon, lead technician and partner
Leon is the lead technician and a partner in the business. He is the field experience behind many of the service calls, repairs, diagnostics, rooftop units, installations, water heater jobs, and selected plumbing work.
His job is to check the equipment before guessing. That matters when one symptom can come from airflow, controls, wiring, refrigerant, drains, motors, or worn-out equipment.

Leon is the lead technician
Leon is a partner and the lead technician. He has been the main field technician behind much of the company's service work for years.
That matters because HVAC problems are not always obvious from the first symptom. A bad capacitor, weak contactor, dirty coil, low airflow, drain problem, refrigerant issue, control problem, or failing motor can all feel like the same complaint from inside the house. Good service starts with checking the system before guessing.

How Service Calls Work
Call first, then diagnose the problem
The phone is the best way to reach us. If the house is hot, the outdoor unit will not start, water is leaking, or a system needs replacement planning, call and explain what is happening.
For replacement work, we provide free estimates when the job is an install estimate. For repair calls, a diagnostic service fee may apply. Financing is available for replacement and installation projects.
