Clear access also helps with airflow. A condenser that cannot breathe can run hotter, stress the compressor, and make a marginal electrical part fail sooner during Phoenix summer run times.
Attic And Closet Equipment
Air handler, furnace, and filter access
Indoor equipment may be in an attic, closet, garage, hallway, or rooftop package unit. The technician may need to reach the blower, filter, evaporator coil, drain pan, float switch, control board, gas furnace section, and duct connections.
